Resumen de Oralidad narrada y proceso traslativo: El monólogo de Célestine en tres versiones españolas de "Le journal d’une femme de chambre", de Octave Mirbeau

“Le Journal d’une femme de chambre” es un diario íntimo, en el que una doncella, Célestine, cuenta al lector su trayectoria vital mediante un complejo juego de registros lingüísticos destinados a reproducir, por un lado, el discurso oral de los personajes y, por otro, la visión del mundo que Mirbeau ofrece al lector a través de Célestine. Los traductores de las tres versiones españolas analizadas en este artículo cuentan con dos herramientas para hacer frente a las dificultades traslativas que plantea el texto: un conocimiento intuitivo de la pragmática textual, que ayudará a mantener el skopos del original francés, y una correcta codificación de las claves ficcionales presentes en la construcción de este monólogo novelado.

“Le Journal d’une femme de chambre” is an intimate diary in which a young woman called Célestine tells the reader about her life through a complex array of linguistic registers aimed at reproducing, on the one hand, the speech of the different characters, and on the other hand, the vision of the world that Mirbeau offers to his readers through Célestine. The translators of the three Spanish versions analyzed in this article have two main tools to deal with the difficulties posed by the text: an intuitive knowledge of the textual pragmatics which will help to maintain the skopos of the French language original text, and a correct codification of the fictional keys that are present in the construction of this novel in monologue form.
