    La tuberculosis es un excelente ejemplo de la naturaleza social de esta enfermedad debido a factores como la vivienda insaluble, el hacinamiento, las duras condiciones de trabajo y el elevado coste de los productos de primera necesidad. Revisamos la situación de esta enfermedad en nuestro país a finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX.
