  • his work aims to study the procedural specialties that exist in matter of judicial challenge of the resolutions adopted by the Board of Owners from the perspective of the owner who does not attend the calling of the Board, that is, the absent owner. In particular, it studies article 18 of the Condominium Act (Ley de Propiedad Horizontal), whose provision contains a series of rules that must be integrated with the general provision established by the procedural law in the Civil Procedure Act
