Resumen de Mesa Redonda: Curva de deriva polar aparente de la Placa Ibérica para los últimos 300 millones de años
The Apparent Polar Wander path (APWp) of Iberia is still poorly defined. This is mainly because ofthe presence of important overprints, the scarcity of paleomagnetic studies carried out on undeformed areas, and accurate age determination of some rock units. These problems are discussedby represents of the Iberian paleomagnetic community. Creation of an Iberian Paleomagnetic database will be proposed and new coordinated actions will be discussed. In addition, comparisonsbetween kinematics models for Iberia based on palaeomagnetic and ocean floor magnetic anomalies will be debated.
