  • The SCE's Geological Heritage Commision (Comisión de Patrimonio) shows the necessity of a Spanish Geologigal Heritage Law and propose to take step in order to elaborate and passing of the law.The elaborated geological heritage concept acepted by the broards of directors of the Comisión dePatrimonio are included in the proposition for their assumption by the SGE. In view of the law definition and contents comprehension, the employed basic terms must be carefully especified. Inthis paper mostly basic terms and some of their used acceptions are showed. Endly, for the paragraphs of the law, is proposed the formation of work teams with everyone of the specific contents.
