The first and second World Wars and the authoritarian and totalitarian regimes of the 20th century brought to light the need of garanties directed to individuals as human people, despite of nacional vinculation. Therefore, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is acknowledged as the official emergence of such rights, in 1948. Since then, the current century has shown signs of crisis from the actions of their politicians, which has contributed to unpopularize the goals and efficiency of Human Rights. This article is based in International Law, Compared International Law and Human Rights, along with qualitative method, having as primary sources the national legislation, journalism articles and international legislation, and bibliography as secondary sources. The goal is, in a global basis, to inquire: how political representation has impacted in the Human Rights? The main discoveries has shown similar narratives in different continents and cultures, such as the impacts on local communities, especially the most vulnerable ones, curtailing their representativity and self determination by monocultural and ethnocentric actions and goals, as a remnant of the imperialist narrative from the 19th century. Lastly, it is important to return to the core of Human Rights, reminiscing the principles that motivated its creation in the current social and political context, hoping to revert the international paradigm crisis as a result of democratic representation instability
