Resumen de Experiences with a Self‐paced Computer Studies Course in the Education of Mathematics Teachers for Secondary Schools in Ireland
Experiences with a Keller‐style computer studies course in a teacher education environment are described. The motivation for, and thoughts behind, such a course are discussed. Aspects of the implementation stage are dealt with in some detail. Student performance is evaluated and supplemented by students’ reactions to the course as measured by means of the semantic differential.
