    La London Court of International Arbitration publicó en agosto de 2020 su nuevo Reglamento de Arbitraje. El nuevo Reglamento introdujo normas destinadas a la conducción eficiente del procedimiento arbitral, en distintos ámbitos, incluido el de las facultades de los árbitros. Igualmente, el nuevo Reglamento positiviza normas que reflejan la práctica de los usuarios del Reglamento, como las que atañen a la figura del secretario arbitral o la aplicación del derecho inglés en la interpretación del Reglamento.

    The London Court of International Arbitration published its new Rules of Arbitration in August 2020. The new Rules introduced provisions aimed at the efficient conduct of the arbitration proceedings, in various areas, including the powers of arbitrators. The new Rules also include provisions which reflect the practice of the users of the Rules, such as those relating to the role of the Registrar and the application of English law in the interpretation of the Rules.
