    En el arbitraje internacional el estándar común es el de la prueba clara y convincente. Un fallo reciente sobre la ejecución de un laudo de la Corte de apelación de París introduce como nueva regla el «conjunto de indicios», el cual permite deducir el cohecho. Sin embargo, en el mismo asunto, tal estándar probatorio fue rechazado por los tribunales ingleses.

    In international arbitration the common standard is that of clear and convincing evidence. A recent ruling on the enforcement of an award from the Paris Court of Appeal introduces the «set of evidence» as a new rule, which allows the deduction of bribery. However, in the same matter, such a standard of evidence was rejected by the English courts.
