    La inteligencia artificial es una herramienta que se ha infiltrado en buena parte de nuestras vidas cotidianas. La propuesta que se formula en el presente estudio consiste en averiguar si las reclamaciones de consumo son clasificables con cierta facilidad, cosa que deben evaluar las Juntas arbitrales de consumo, utilizando la información que, de hecho, ya está disponible en algunas de sus webs, pero con bastante más detalle. Si la respuesta a esa pregunta es afirmativa, el siguiente paso consiste en seleccionar las reclamaciones que sean más frecuentes y que, además, acostumbren a ser similares tanto en las alegaciones presentadas por el consumidor como en las defensas ofrecidas por los empresarios. Si es así, ello querrá decir que la respuesta jurisdiccional también puede ser previsible, lo que abre el paso a su automatización a través de algoritmos de inteligencia artificial.

    Artificial intelligence is a tool that has infiltrated much of our daily lives. The proposal made in this study is to find out whether consumer complaints can be classified with some ease, something that should be evaluated by the Consumer Arbitration Boards, using the information that is in fact already available on some of their websites, but in much greater detail. If the answer to that question is yes, the next step is to select the complaints that are most frequent and that, moreover, are usually similar both in the claims made by the consumer and in the defences offered by the employers. If this is the case, it means that the judicial response can also be predictable, which opens the way to its automation through artificial intelligence algorithms.
