  • This is an interim report on the setting up of a feasibility study on converting a fixed timescale and fixed teaching content course to a configuration that emphasizes student learning and to a standard of competence common to all. The hope is that net training times will be reduced, overtraining eliminated, equipment utilization increased and that the annual throughput of trainees be varied to match fluctuating Army requirements.
