Los conceptos de persona y libertad en el ser humano; consentimiento matrimonial

    Este artículo intenta aproximarse a la realidad que define al ser humano en cuanto persona en el mundo de su existencia concreta. Se trata de la libertad del individuo y el ejercicio efectivo de la misma a través de la voluntad. La libertad de la persona está continuamente amenazada por factores tanto externos, la realidad y el contexto en el que vive, como internos, que pertenecen a la compleja naturaleza de la psicología humana y que acompañan siempre toda elección. El ordenamiento canónico garantiza el ejercicio de dichas libertades, sobre todo en referencia al matrimonio y al consentimiento dado en dicha institución por los contrayentes.

    This article tries to approach the reality that defines the human being as a person in the world of his particular existence. It deals with the freedom of the individual and the effective exercise of it through will. Personal freedom is continually threatened by factors both external, such as the reality and the context in which he lives, as well as internal, that belong to the complex nature of human psychology and that always accompany every choice. The canonical order guarantees the exercise of such freedoms, especially with regard to marriage and the consent given in that institution by the spouses.
