    • This paper briefly outlines the advantages of self‐evaluation tests, and the interactive computer‐based system which is in operation at the University of Waikato is described. Details are given on how the system was extended to include material relating to the introductory course in marketing. The paper concludes by discussing students’ reactions to this method of testing.
