Naciones Unidas lleva casi cinco décadas trabajando en la elaboración de una agenda medioambiental que comprometa a los países del mundo. La actual emergencia climática y medioambiental había sido anunciada por los científicos de la década de los 70, y ya se advertía entonces que la concepción social, económica y medioambiental del mundo no iba por buen camino. Pese a todas las advertencias, el aparato administrativo, tratados, conferencias, protocolos e informes, a día de hoy la humanidad todavía sigue consumiéndose más allá de su propia naturaleza. En el actual mundo de la información, saturados de esta, poco sabemos de la labor administrativa ni de las referencias científicas que arrastra la agenda climática mundial. En este artículo se presenta un breve archivo histórico de la agenda climática, recuperando en su encuentro parte del espíritu académico y científico que lo impulsó.

For almost five decades The United Nations have been working on the development of an environmental agenda that engages the countries of the world. The current climatic and environmental emergency had been announced by the scientists of the 70s, and it was already noted at that time that the social, economic and environmental conception of the world was not going well. Despite all the warnings, the administrative apparatus, treaties, conferences, protocols and reports, humanity is still consuming itself beyond its own nature to this day. In the current world of information, we, saturated with it, know little about the administrative work or the scientific references that drag the global climate agenda. This article presents a brief historical archive of the climate agenda, recovering part of the academic and the scientific spirit it has promoted
