Resumen La positivización del derecho a la cultura física y la práctica del deporte en la Constitución mexicana dejan abierto un margen de incertidumbre respecto de los estándares exigibles. En este artículo se analiza la complejidad de este derecho a luz de las obligaciones del Estado de respeto, protección, garantía y promoción.

Abstract The positivization of the physical culture right and the sport practice in the Mexican constitution leaves a margin of open uncertainty regarding the enforceable standards. This article analyzes the complexity of this right in light of the obligations of the State of respect, protection, guarantee and promotion.
