Resumen de Ética e inteligencia artificial. Una discusión jurídica

La humanidad ha recorrido un proceso evolutivo basado en el avance de la tecnología creada por la inteligencia humana. Actualmente, el concepto de inteligencia se ha desprendido de la corporalidad del ser humano, y tiene la pretensión de cambiarla: sus modelos, relaciones y convicciones. Este traba-jo reivindica que, todavía, apreciamos una dependencia, siquiera simbólica, de esa Inteligencia Artificial a los arquetipos sociales de nuestra Weltanscha-uung. Desde este punto de vista, los avances tecnológicos generarán un de-sarrollo humano, pero no alcanzan todavía la posibilidad de cambiar al hom-bre sustancialmente. Uno de los árbitros más importantes que moderarán el constante diálogo entre la Inteligencia física humana y la nueva Inteligencia Artificial, es el Derecho, que tendrá la misión de compatibilizar la relación entre el ser y el deber ser. Humanity has gone through an evolutionary process based on the advance-ment of technology created by human intelligence. Currently, the concept of intelligence has detached itself from the corporality of the human being and has the intention of changing it: its models, relationships and convic-tions. This paper claims the dependence, even symbolic, of that IA to the social archetypes of our weltanchauung. From this point of view, technolog-ical advance will generate human development, but they do not yet reach the possibility of substantially changing human being. One of the most im-portant referees that will moderate the constant dialogue between human “physical and artificial intelligence” is Law, which will have the mission of reconciling the relationship between being and what should be.
