Resumen de Inteligencia Artificial y Filosofía del Bioderecho: una tesis crítica y una propuesta ética

La presente comunicación contiene una visión crítica sobre la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), porque provoca efectos negativos sobre la autonomía per-sonal y relacional de los individuos y favorece la consolidación de ciertas corrientes de pensamiento defensoras de un Derecho mínimo. Ante ello, propone una dimensión colaborativa entre distintas éticas, que permitan di-reccionar una regulación jurídica precisa de la IA. Ello favorecerá el resguar-do de la dignidad humana como centro de gravitación de los ordenamien-tos jurídicos de los Estados Constitucionales. La cuestión se analiza desde el Bioderecho, esto es, desde el cruce entre Bioética y Derecho, nueva área de interés para la Filosofía jurídica

This paper refers to a critical view about the Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this regards, it causes negative effects on the personal and relational autonomy of individuals. It also benefits the consolidation of certain currents of thought which defend a minimum right. In this way, it suggests a collaborative dimen-sion between different ethics which allow direct a precise legal regulation of AI. This will enable the protection of human dignity as the center of gravity of the legal systems of the Constitutional States. The issue is analyzed tak-ing into consideration a new interesting area for the Legal Philosophy that is called the Biolaw, which results from the crossing between Bioethics and Law
