Percepciones de la interacción y la comunicación en el trabajo colaborativo con TIC, comparativa de los alumnos licenciatura en Comunicación y Periodismo y de la licenciatura en Desarrollo local de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro

    El objetivo del trabajo esconocer la manera en que se dan los procesos de comunicación y las herramientas digitales que utilizan los alumnos de la Licenciatura en Comunicación yPeriodismo y de DesarrolloLocal de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro en México, al trabajar colaborativamente. A través de dos grupos focales con alumnos de diferentes semestres; se investigó sobre dos dimensiones de la colaboración: la comunicación y el diálogo mediante el usode herramientas tecnológicas. Se encontró que existen dificultadesal comunicarse y dialogar cuando trabajan de manera colaborativa, no saben hacerlo; y que las herramientas tecnológicas dificultanmás este proceso. Por otro lado,la falta de infraestructura en las zonas rurales hace complicado el uso de las tecnologías para colaborarlo que priva a algunos de esta experiencia. Con base en los resultados se concluye que las instituciones educativas deben apoyar la adopción de estrategias didácticas que permitan desarrollar y evaluar habilidades colaborativas que generen un verdadero diálogo que fortalezca las actividades del Aprendizaje Colaborativo, sin importar si las herramientas tecnológicasse usan o no.Es importante el papel de las universidades y elgobierno en la cobertura de la infraestructurapara el uso de internet.

    The objective of the present work was to know the way in which the communication processes and thedigital tools used by the students of the Degree in Communication and Journalism and Local Development of the Autonomous University of Querétaro in Mexico, work collaboratively. Through two focus groups with students of different semesters,two dimensionsof collaboration were investigated: communication and dialogue through the use of technological tools. It was found that there are difficulties in communicating and talking when they work collaboratively, they do not know how to do it; and thosetechnological tools make this process more difficult. On the other hand, the lack of infrastructure in rural areas complicates the use of technologies to collaborate, which deprives some of this experience. Based on the results, it is concluded that educational institutions should support the adoption of didactic strategies that allow the development and evaluation of collaborative skills that generate a true dialogue that strengthens collaborative learning activities regardless of whether the technological toolsare used or not.
