    El objetivo del estudio es construir una escala de medición y dise-ñar un modelo contextualizado para las organizaciones de educación superior que permita evaluar los factores Capital Organizacional y Capital Tecnológico y su asociación con el Capital Estructural. El marco conceptual, presenta las bases teóricas para la construcción del instrumento, la metodología describe las acciones desde el diseño del modelo hasta su confiabilidad y validez. Una muestra representativa de 220 docentes de universidades tecnológicas y politécnicas respon-de al instrumento que se valida utilizando un sistema de ecuaciones estructurales. Se verifican dos hipótesis de trabajo y la pertinencia de la solución utilizada.

    The objective of this study is to build a measurement scale and design a contextualized model for higher education institutes to evaluate the Organizational Capital and Technological Capital factors and their association with the Structural Capital. The conceptual framework presents the theoretical bases for the construction of the instrument. The methodology provides descriptions that refer to the actions, de-sign of the model, reliability and validity. A representative sample of 220 teachers from technology and polytechnic universities, responded to the instrument that is validated using a system of structural equa-tions. Two working hypotheses were verified, as well as the relevance of the solution.
