    La reflexividad sobre la noción de cuerpo que ofrece desde su escritura, Álvaro Márquez-Fernández, en algunos de sus textos, tales como: ‘La libertad sensible: más allá de la represión racional corporal’ (2008a), ‘Pensar con los sentimientos’ (2008b), ‘Armando Rojas Guardia. Horizonte perplejo del sentido’ (2015), ‘El sentir corpóreo de los sentimientos’ (2013), tienen en la filosofía de Merleau-Ponty, Sartre, Nietzsche, Lévinas, fundamentos epistémicos y ontológicos para el diálogo. La presencia de lo corpóreo en el hombre, sus limitaciones, su incidencia como individuo y ser social que necesita reconocerse y ser reconocido por sí mismo y sus semejantes, forma parte de ese cuestionamiento de lo racional sobre el universo corpóreo y sensible del ser humano. En la expresión de sus sentimientos, de sus representaciones simbólicas más elevadas a través de la palabra, de sus expresiones artísticas fragua el hombre su salvación.

    The reflexivity about the notion of body that Álvaro Márquez-Fernández offers in his writing, in some of his texts, such as: sensible Sensitive freedom: beyond rational bodily repression’ (2008a), Thinking with feelings’ (2008b), ‘Armando Rojas Guardia. Perplexed horizon of meaning’ (2015),’ The corporeal feeling of feelings ’(2013), have in the philosophy of  Merleau-Ponty, Sartre, Nietzsche, Lévinas, epistemic and ontological foundations for dialogue. The presence of the corporeal in man, its limitations, its incidence as an individual and a social being that needs to recognize itself and be recognized by itself and its peers, is part of that questioning of the rational about the corporeal and sensible universe of the human being. In the expression of his feelings, of his highest symbolic representations through the word, of his artistic expressions man forges his salvation.
