Resumen de Adaptación y validación de una escala para medir las habilidades gerenciales

  El propósito de este artículo de investigación es contrastar la validez-confiabilidad, y estructura factorial de un instrumento de 120 reactivos dividido en 12 dimensiones en función al constructo de las habilidades gerenciales; siendo un estudio de naturaleza instrumental, psicométrica, de enfoque cuantitativo-transversal, en 342 estudiantes de la Facultad de Economía y Planificación de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) y 30 emprendedores de Villa el Salvador; con el estadístico SPSS 24 [Análisis Ítem Test - Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach - Análisis Factorial Exploratorio (AFE)]; y SPSS – AMOS, para el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC). Los resultados indican un alfa de Cronbach total de 955; e identifican dimensiones de bajo aporte; asimismo el análisis ítem test sugiere eliminar 38 reactivos y el AFE, retirar 22 reactivos; en esta versión se reagrupan las dimensiones y evalúan tres modelos en AFC, con efectos beneficiosos en la relación dimensión-variable central e identificación de correlaciones internas y un bajo ajuste de modelos. Se concluye que las versiones de 82 y 60 reactivos tienen un valor aceptable para la medición de cada habilidad gerencial, así como un aporte positivo al constructo; más según calidad de ajuste factorial sugiere su revisión.

  The purpose of this research article is to contrast the validity - reliability, and factorial structure of an instrument of 120 items divided into 12 dimensions according to the construct of managerial skills; being a study of an instrumental, psychometric nature, with quantitative-transversal approach, in 342 students from the Faculty of Economics and Planning at UNALM and 30 entrepreneurs from Villa el Salvador; with the SPSS 24 statistic [Item Test Analysis - Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient - Exploratory Factor Analysis (AFE)]; and SPSS - AMOS, for Confirmatory Factor Analysis (AFC). Results indicate a total Cronbach’s alpha of 9,55; and identify low contribution dimensions; likewise, the item test analysis suggests removing 38 items and the AFE, removing 22 items; In this version, the dimensions are regrouped and two models are evaluated in AFC, with beneficial effects on the central dimension-variable relationship and identification of internal correlations and low model fit. Concluding that the versions of 82 and 60 items have an acceptable value for the measurement of each managerial skill, as well as a positive contribution to the construct; more according to factorial adjustment quality suggests its review.
