Una idea de justicia: estado, derechos posindividualistas y posliberales

     Resumen.Durante los últimos doscientos treinta años, el concepto de las libertades individuales equitativas y de justicia han girado en torno a un paradigma liberal, el cual es resultado de un proceso interactivo entre distintos paradigmas a lo largo de la historia del Estado que se impusieron como facultades propias de clases sociales y luego se configuraron como “límites al poder” en favor de una perspectiva social newtoniana. Bajo esa perspectiva, distintos debates respecto a los derechos humanos han modelado teorías sobre cómo interpretar las luchas de los derechos en sociedades “democráticas liberales”, y estos han desarrollado teorías hiperliberales sobre la justicia internacional y de la inevitable globalización que se buscarán criticar en este artículo.

    Abstract.During the last two hundred and thirty years, the concept of equitable individual freedoms and justice have turned in lathe to a liberal paradigm, which is the result of an interactive process between different paradigms throughout the history of the State that they were imposed as attributions of social classes and were then configured as "limits to power" in favour of a Newtonian social perspective. Under this perspective, different debates on human rights have shaped theories about how to interpret rights in societies 'democratic Liberals' struggles, and these have developed hiperliberales theories about international justice and of the inevitable globalization which will be checked for criticising in this article.
