Resumen de La viabilidad de los medios de divulgación de la investigación jurídica y su impacto social

  En el presente artículo se hizo un análisis de la importancia de la investigación jurídica, considerando que, en cuanto al área del derecho, existe un escepticismo de si realmente tiene rigor científico. Partiendo de esta premisa, es que se requiere examinar si en razón de esa incertidumbre en el rubro científico, es que carece o no de  la adecuada divulgación para la socialización del conocimiento. Por lo tanto, se observó el carácter científico de la investigación jurídica y los medios de divulgación científica que existen en el área, determinando cual es la función de ellos así como el tratamiento de la información; y si objetivamente son los más idóneos para generar ese impacto social que se requiere de una de las áreas de investigación más importantes para la sociedad, como lo es el área del derecho.Palabras clave: Investigación Jurídica, Medios de Divulgación Científica, Impacto Social Jurídico. doi: https://doi.org/10.36825/RITI.08.16.009

  In this article an analysis was made of the importance of legal research, considering that as regards the area of law, there is a skepticism of whether it really has scientific rigor. Based on this premise, it is necessary to examine whether, due to this uncertainty in the scientific field, it is that it lacks or not the adequate dissemination for the socialization of knowledge.
