La Cueva G.E.V.-2 es una de las cavidades que se investigaron en los primeros compases de la exploración subterránea del Grupo de Espeleología de Villacarrillo (G.E.V.). Se ha realizado durante varios años muestreos en esta cavidad, arrojando un total de 23 especies de invertebrados de diferentes órdenes y familias, quedando todavía material pendiente de identificación. Se hace un balance de la abundancia de las poblaciones de cada especie en las distintas visitas realizadas, así como las zonas donde se han localizado. Finalmente se apuntan algunos datos sobre la conservación de su ecosistema subterráneo.

The Cave G.E.V.-2 is one of the cavities that were investigated in the early stages of the underground exploration of the Group of Speleology of Villacarrillo (G.E.V.). Samples have been carried out for several years in this cavity, yielding a total of 23 species of invertebrates of different orders and families, with material still pending identification. A balance is made of the abundance of the populations of each species in the different visits made, as well as the areas where they have been located. Finally, some data on the conservation of its underground ecosystem are noted.
