    Los sistemas contemporáneos de protección de los derechos e intereses del Estado se basan en la institución romana advocatus fisci. A partir del siglo IV, los abogados que defendían los intereses de las autoridades fiscales recibieron numerosos privilegios de los gobernantes. Se convirtieron en un grupo profesional y social sumamente privilegiado.

    Los abogados que trabajan en sistemas modernos de protección de los derechos e intereses del Estado ya no tienen tales privilegios. Sin embargo, pueden disfrutar de estabilidad en el trabajo y un solario muy solido.

    Contemporary systems of protecting the rights and interests of the state are based on the Roman institution advocatus fisci. From the fourth century on, the lawyers defending the interests of the fiscus received numerous privileges from the rulers. They became an extremely privileged professional and social group.

    Attorneys working in modern systems of protecting the rights and interests of the state no longer have such privileges. Nevertheless, they can enjoy job stability and a very solid salary.
