  Si miramos en el tiempo hacia atrás, podemos observar, como se ha hablado siempre de Internet como “el medio de medios” el campo libre para la libertad de expresión", "el medio que cambió la vida de los seres humanos", y referencias parecidas que hacen que el medio pierda su contexto. Si partimos del hecho, de que todas las relaciones que tienen lugar en Internet son producidas por los individuos que trasladan a este medio su ética y cultura para interrelacionarse con los demás, el estudio de la ética en Internet, se debe analizar a partir de las interrelaciones de estos individuos con la cultura, tradiciones y costumbres de la vida cotidiana en los diferentes países de mundo.

If we depart from the fact, from that all the relations that take place in Internet are produced by the individuals who move to this way his(her,your) ethics and culture to be interrelated with the others, the study of the ethics in Internet, it is necessary to to analyze from the interrelationships of these individuals with the culture, traditions and customs of the daily life in the different countries of world.
