En el artículo se abordará el ámbito de aplicación del Convenio Colectivo vigente para la actividad profesional del baloncesto con el objetivo de averiguar si además de ser aplicable a los jugadores cuando participan en la Liga ACB-, también lo es cuando participan en competiciones de ámbito europeo, como es la Euroliga.

In the article will be addressed the scope of the current regulation of the Collective Agreement for the professional activity of basketball in order to find out, if it is applicable to players when participating in the ACB-League, as well as when they participate in competitions at European level, for example, the Euroleague.
