    Durante la vigencia del Estado de Alarma, han sido muy amplia y variada la producción normativa. Sin embargo, no todas las normas tenían relación con la situación excepcional generada por el coronavirus. Una de ellas es el Real Decreto-ley 15/2020 en lo que afecta a los derechos audiovisuales del deporte y, especialmente, del fútbol. En este artículo analizamos el contenido de la norma, los errores cometidos por el legislador y la necesidad de su enmienda inmediata, las consecuencias de las modificaciones que opera en el modelo deportivo, el impacto en el marco jurídico actual y la incompatibilidad de sus previsiones con las del Anteproyecto de Ley del Deporte aprobado el mes de febrero de 2019.

    During the validity of the Alarm State, the regulatory production has been very wide and varied. However, not all the rules were related to the exceptional situation caused by coronavirus. One of them is the Real Decreto-ley 15/2020, which talks about audiovisual rights in sport and, especially, in football. In this article we analyze the content of the norm, the mistakes made by the legislator and the need for its immediate amendment, the consequences of the modifications operated in sports model, the impact on the current legal framework and the incompatibility of its content with the Draft Sports Law approved in February 2019.
