    Este artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar a las elites egipcias del Reino Medio en función de su representación en fuentes epigráficas, funerarias y literarias. En este sentido, considera-remos el papel de estas elites dentro de la estructura del Estado y el lugar que ocuparon en su reproducción.

    En suma, este trabajo intentará aproximarse al estudio de las elites egipcias a partir de la reflexión sobre su propia definición, conceptualización y representación en la evidencia docu-mental y material del Reino Medio

    This paper aims to study the Egyptian elites of the Middle Kingdom based on their repre-sentation in epigraphic, funerary and literary sources. In this sense, we will consider the role of these elites within the structure of the State and the place they occupied in their reproduction.

    In sum, this work will attempt to approach to the study of Egyptian elites from the reflec-tion on their definition, conceptualization and representation in the documentary and material evidence of the Middle Kingdom
