  Las continuas normas que regulan las relaciones laborales en el contexto del COVID 19, han puesto como centro de atención a la figura del ERTE, si bien, los cambios en la evolución de la pandemia, de la economía y del empleo, obligan a realizar modificaciones sucesivas desde que el RDL 8/2020 introdujera las especialidades para la tramitación de este procedimiento en las circunstancias actuales. Como consecuencia de esa permanente actualización normativa, el RDL 18/2020 introduce los conceptos de fuerza mayor total y parcial, lo que será decisivo para establecer el régimen de exenciones a las cuotas de Seguridad Social.

  The continuous norms that regulate the labor relations in the context of the COVID 19, have put as a focus the figure of the ERTE, although the changes in the evolution of the pandemic, of the economy and of the employment, require successive changes since RDL 8/2020 introduced the specialities for the handling of this procedure in the current circumstances. As a result of this constant updating of regulations, the RDL 18/2020 introduces the concepts of total and partial force majeure, which will be decisive in establishing the system of exemptions to social security contributions.
