Hezbollah es mucho más que un grupo terrorista. Su función como actor estratégico supera ampliamente a la de la mayoría de grupos terroristas.
Su resiliencia ha quedado demostrada a lo largo de la historia. No obstante, la situación actual presenta multitud de incertidumbres sobre su futuro, debido a su presencia en múltiples frentes internacionales, a la amenaza de grupos suníes (el Daesh y el Frente Al Nusra principalmente) y al riesgo permanente de desestabilización del Líbano.
El presente artículo trata de ofrecer una visión estructurada sobre las características principales del grupo, así como un análisis de posibles escenarios futuros.

Hezbollah is much more than a terrorist group. Its role as a strategic player far exceeds that of most terrorist groups. Its resilience has been demonstrated throughout history. However, the current situation presents many uncertainties about its future, due to their presence in many international fronts, the threat of Sunni groups (mainly Daesh and the Al Nusra Front) and the constant risk of destabilization of Lebanon. This article attempts to provide a structured overview of the main features of the group, as well as an analysis of possible future scenarios.
