    La situación del proceso negociador palestino-israelí parece cada vez más lejos de solucionarse y a ello no son ajenas desde luego las recientes disposiciones adoptadas tanto por el Parlamento Europeo como por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea acerca del reconocimiento del Estado Palestino y de retirar a Hamás de la lista comunitaria de organizaciones terroristas, así como el polémico proyecto de ley sobre Israel como Estado-Nación judío, que ha motivado la ruptura de la coalición de gobierno israelí y la convocatoria de elecciones anticipadas.

    The situation of Palestinian-Israeli negotiation process seems increasingly far from to be solved and this certainly is no stranger recent measures adopted by the European Parliament and by the European Court of Justice concerning the recognition of a Palestinian state and to withdraw Hamas in the EU list of terrorist organizations, as well as the controversial bill on Israel as the Jewish nationstate, which has led to the breakup of the coalition of Israeli government and early elections.
