    En este trabajo se presentan los problemas metodológicos, técnicos y éticos surgidos durante la realización de tres etnografías en ámbitos hospitalarios diferentes. Se describen las formas de acceso, los roles atribuidos a las antropólogas y las diferentes posibilidades de emplear técnicas de investigación, al tiempo que se analiza cómo condicionan el material etnográfico obtenido. Por último, se presenta el relato metodológico como un relato etnográfico sobre la cultura institucional de cada uno de los hospitales.

    In this paper we deal with the methodological, technical and ethical problems that emerged during the ethnographic research that we carried out at three different hospitals. We describe the forms of access to the hospital, the roles given to the anthropologists, and the different anthropological research methods that we were able to use. We analyze how all these circumstances determine the ethnographic material obtained. Finally, we present an ethnographic account regarding the institutional culture of each of the hospitals
