    En estas líneas se analiza el principio de interpretación conforme a la Cons-titución y su vinculación al Estado Constitucional de derecho. También se anali-zan los límites a esta interpretación conforme que se realiza en el marco de con-troles jurídicos y políticos sobre los órganos del Estado.

    In these lines is analyzed the principle of interpretation according to the Constitution and its link to the Constitutional State of law. The limits to this in-terpretation are also analyzed as it is carried out within the framework of legal and political controls over the organs of the State.
