  Hace cien años, dos países, Checoslovaquia y Austria, en ese orden, progra-maron en sus constituciones una Corte Constitucional. Sus autores intelectuales y competencias fueron parcialmente diferentes. En 1921, Liechtenstein cambió su constitución y organizó una Corte del Estado similar a un Tribunal Constitucio-nal. Y en 1940, Cuba diseñó en su Constitución un “Tribunal de Garantías cons-titucionales y Sociales”, como Sala de su Tribunal Supremo

  One hundred years ago, two countries, Czechoslovakia and Austria, in this or-der, programmed in theirs constitutions a Constitutional Court. Theirs intellec-tual authors and competences were partially differents. In 1921, Liechtenstein changed his Constitution and organized a Court of State as a similar constitu-tional tribunal. And in 1940, Cuba designed in the Constitution a “Tribunal of Constitutional and Social guarantees”, as an chamber of her Supreme Court.2020 is a good moment to remember those events and to compare them wi-th development of both institutions (courts and chambers) in the present compa-rative law
