Resumen de La empresa estatal industrial cubana y la actualización del Modelo Económico Cubano

  RESUMEN Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar aspectos teóricos que sustentan el desarrollo de las empresas industriales cubanas, atendidas por el Ministro de Industrias, como parte de la actualización del Modelo Económico Cubano. La investigación es cualitativa y se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el análisis documental; el análisis-síntesis, el histórico lógico y el enfoque sistémico. Se estudiaron los documentos aprobados en los congresos del Partido Comunista de Cuba (PCC), la nueva constitución y la bibliografía nacional e internacional referida al tema. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: sistematización de las características y evolución del perfeccionamiento empresarial; definición de preceptos a integrar en la gestión de la empresa industrial y validación de la correspondencia entre los preceptos y conceptos reconocidos internacionalmente. Se concluyó que el crecimiento económico que demanda la actualización del modelo económico cubano, exige modernizar el sistema empresarial y determinar las brechas existentes para alcanzar el estado deseado aprobado por el VII Congreso del Partido Comunista de Cuba.

  ABSTRACT This article is aimed at analyzing the theoretical aspects supporting the development of Cuban industrial companies, assisted by the Ministry of industry, as part of the updating of the Cuban Economic Model. This is a qualitative research. The historical and logical methods, the analysis and synthesis, the analysis of documents and the systemic approach were used. The documents approved by the Party Congresses and the New Republic Constitution as well as the national and international bibliography concerning the topic were studied. The characteristics and evolution of the companies’ improvement were systematized, the precepts to be integrated in the industrial business management were defined and the correspondence between the precepts and the internationally recognized concepts was validated. Concluding, the economic growth required for updating the Cuban economic model demands modernizing the industrial business system and determining the existing gaps to get the desired state approved by the 7th congress.
