    • Crime and unemployment are linked. Some poor areas of big cities due to high levels of unemployment are crime areas. Children and Juvenile who grow in these areas do not have future hope of finding a parmanent job and directed into crime. Such an environment provides the basis to increase the street neigborhood crime in the streets The low level of income, the parents not having steatdy and specific jobs, low education levels and other similar reasons create crime prove areas in every society. Presence of detenees and convicts amoung the family members require the parents work harder are to low income levels prevent them from giving necessary attention to their children is the basis for the crime. All of these conditions bring about a society whic is trying to set forth its own rules and apply them. Social policies provide more effective solitions combating with this structure. With in this context and with the initiation of Ankara Police Departman, The universities, social autohorities, trade associations, civil sociaty organization, national education department come together in 2005 and started a social economy Project in Ankara sone of the troubled region Altındag.
