  • This study is mainly analyze the process and reason of the organization change from a company to an association based on the experimental case of Sun Zhuang Farmers’ Association (SZFA) in Shan Xi province of China, and to give the measures which should be taken by the government in the future to make more private and official organizations transform into the cooperative social economy organizations. In China, the change from an agricultural production means company to the SZFA happens in the conditions of the excessively competitive and unordered market economy, the poor provision of public products and service in rural areas and the shortage of the social entrepreneurs and social investors. Three suggestions to the government are to develop the cooperative economy organization and establish the cooperative economy system, develop more NGOs, NPOs and establish the NGO, NPO system and to provide the environment of the social investors, the social entrepreneurs and the pubic entrepreneurs.
