  • This article presents results of a study of real estate course offerings in hospitality management education programs in the U.S. The study also analyzed real estate offerings in the business schools at the 36 universities in the study. Findings indicate that only six (6) hospitality management education programs offer real estate course offerings while the majority of the business schools at the same universities offer such courses.
