    El giro curatorial tiene una historia muy reciente en el campo de las artes performativas. Este giro curatorial plantea importantes debates para cambiar cómo hemos entendido hasta ahora la gestión de las artes escénicas, ya sea en festivales, teatros u otros equipamientos. Este trabajo presenta cuáles son los ejes de trabajo que se plantean desde el giro curatorial, su relación con la agenda de la democracia cultural y cómo la experiencia de Naves Matadero, en Madrid, ilustra algunos de estos ejes.

    The curatorial turn has a very recent development in the field of performing arts. This curatorial turn raises important debates to change how we understand the management of the performing arts institutions, whether in festivals, theaters or other facilities. This work will analyze which are the axes of work that arise from the curatorial turn, its relationship with the cultural democracy agenda and how the experience of Naves Matadero, in Madrid, illustrates some of these axes.
