Interpretación de los derechos al honor, a la intimidad y a la propia imagen en relación con el derecho de información

    Abundante es la Jurisprudencia que trata el tema de la habitual confrontación de los derechos al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen con el derecho a la información. Es habitual en la sociedad de hoy en que se convive con las noticias tanto por los medios habituales como por las redes sociales que se plantee esta problemática, ya que en ocasiones hay una barrera tan fina que es difícil dirimir si esa barrera ha sido traspasada y ha afectado al derecho propio de las personas en contraposición al derecho de la sociedad a estar informada. En esta ponencia, además de definir lo que entendemos por cada uno de estos derechos, se abordará este tema con ejemplos muy claros en los que la frontera entre unos derechos y otros es casi inexistente.

    Abundant it is the Jurisprudence that treats the topic of the habitual confrontation of the rights to the honor, to the personal and familiar intimacy and to the own image with the right to the information. It is habitual in the today society in which one coexists with the news both for the habitual means and for the social networks, that this problematics appears, since in occasions there is a barrier so thin that is difficult to dissolve if this barrier has been penetrated and affected to the own right of the persons in contraposition to the right of the society to be informed. In this presentation, beside defining what we understand for each of these rights, this topic will be approached by very clear examples in which the border between those rights is almost non-existent
