    La defensa por la perturbación en los bienes y derechos de una persona, es un derecho que se reconoce desde antiguo (Código de Hamurabi, ley del talión, ley de las doce tablas ...), es un derecho natural consustancial al ser humano, el poder defenderse frente a los ataques en su persona, o familia y criados, bienes y demás derechos, si bien en no todas las épocas se ha podido ejercitar de igual forma. A lo largo de los innumerables ordenamientos jurídicos que existen en el mundo actual el ejercicio de tal defensa, solo es posible a través del Abogado, constituyendo estos la pieza clave en el complicado engranaje de la Justicia y solamente la formación jurídica de estos, hace que en una sociedad sometida al Derecho pueda un grupo de hombres y mujeres, cuya capacitación demostrada por la obtención del correspondiente título, les habilite como aptos para la salvaguarda de los derechos e intereses de sus conciudadanos, constituyendo la suya una profesión que traspasa fronteras, y que aunque ejercitada individualmente por cada Abogado se fundamenta en tres pilares fundamentales en cualquier rincón del planeta, su actuación independiente amparada en su libre ejercicio y sujeta al secreto profesional.

    The defense for the disturbance in the property’s and rights of a person, it is a right that has been recognized since ancient (Hammurabi ́s Code, Talion law, Twelve Tables of the law,...). It is a right inherent to the human being the human being the possibility to defend themselves against at tacks on their own person or family and servants, property’s and other rights, although not all times has been able to be en forced in the same way. Along the innumerable legal systems that exist in the word today, the exercise of such defense, it is only possible though the lawyer, constituting they the key piece in the complicated machinery of justice, and only the formation of these, makes in a society governed by the law can a group of men and women, whose training is demonstrated by obteining the corresponding university certificate,qualifying them as suitable for safeguarding the rights and interests of their fellow citizens, constituting this a profession that crosses through the borders, and although is exercised individually by each lawyer, is based on three fundamental pillars in any corner of the planet, its independent action protected by its free exercise and subject to professional secrecy.
