    A través de este artículo se analizan los factores regulativos estructurales y operativos que afectan la autonomía de la Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos, para contribuir a hacer frente a aquellas limitaciones que impiden que pueda proteger los derechos humanos de la población en México acorde al contexto propio de una democracia constitucional de la población en México acorde al contexto propio de una democracia constitucional.

    Through this article, the structural and operational regulatory factors that affect the autonomy of the National Human Rights Commission are analyzed in order to contribute to addressing those limitations that prevent it from protecting the human rights of the population in Mexico according to the proper context of a constitutional democracy
