    Emendations to D. 29,1,2, D. 40,5,20 and C. 1,27,2,8. Mommsen’s and Krüger’s respective editions of D. 29,1,2, D. 40,5,20 and C. 1,27,2,8 have observo in stand with the accusative. It is argued that it should stand with the ablative.

    Der folgende Beitrag sucht nachzuweisen, dass in D. 29,1,2, D. 40,5,20 und C. 1,27,2,8 bei observo in Verbindung mit in jeweils der Ablativ zu edieren ist, nicht der Akkusativ, wie dies in den Editionen Mommsens bzw. Krügers der Fall ist.
