Resumen de Current situation and main challenges of the social enterprise sector in Serbia
The aim of the paper is to describe and analyze the main characteristics and types of social enterprise sector in Serbia, driving forces and barriers that hamper its development and future perspective of organizations which correspond to social enterprises in transitional Serbia. The paper shall provide a more detailed insight into structure of the existing social enterprises, their functions and activities, as well as the main populations served. The analysis will cover types of activities including those that deliver direct help and those seen as tools of social and work integration for the marginalized unemployed, level and sources of funding and collective benefits for society at large
