  • Resumen
    • Distributive justice broadly concerns how benefits and burdens ought to be distributed among a set of groups or individuals as a matter of right and entitlement (Ip 2017). According to the distributive paradigm of justice (Miller 1999; Rawls 1999), the subject of justice is the very basic structure of the society, which defines how we distribute various rights, goods, and liberties, as well as how we regulate social and economic equality or inequality (Schlosberg 2007).
