  • Resumen
    • This article describes the results of part two of a national study that asked what program content areas hotel executives, hospitality human resource specialists, and alumni of the sponsoring school believe are important to graduates entering hotel management positions. The data shows the rankings of the content areas by the three subject groups and comparisons of the rankings. An open-ended question at the end of the survey asked subjects, “If you were starting college today, what three subject areas would you take most seriously?” Responses to this question are also reported.
