En este artículo estudiaremos el marco actual en la lucha contra la financiación del terrorismo tanto de la normativa internacional, analizando en profundidad las herramientas desarrolladas por las organizaciones internacionales, como nacional, analizando tanto la normativa preventiva derivada de las directivas de la Unión Europea como la normativa penal, para en el último apartado indagar si estamos en el camino correcto en esta lucha y cómo se desarrollará en los próximos años.

In this article we will study the current framework in the fight against the financing of terrorism. Firstly, analyzing the tools developed by international organizations.
And secondly, analyzing the preventive regulations derived from the directives of the European Union and the criminal regulations. Finally, in the last section, we will inquire if we are on the right path in this fight and how it will be developed in the coming years.
