El presente trabajo analiza la obligación prevista en la normativa de Tráfico que tiene el titular de un vehículo de identificar al conductor del mismo cuando se ha cometido una infracción, y la problemática que se plantea cuando el titular del vehículo no atiende al requerimiento de identificación, y cuando el identificado expresa su negativa.

This paper analyses the obligation foreseen in traffic regulations for the owner of a vehicle to identify the driver of the vehicle when an infringement has been committed, and the problems which arise when the owner of the vehicle does not comply with the identification requirement, and when the identified person expresses his or her refusal.
