    • Curriculum development can be an awesome task that requires many faculty hours and huge piles of paperwork. However, all hospitality programs must do it if they are to remain current with industry and educational trends. This article outlines a step-by-step process for curricular change. It will be especially useful for faculty and administrators who desire to lead the process, and it provides a practical “how to” approach for getting the curriculum beast under control. This article is presented in a case study format using the curriculum development process employed by the University of North Texas.
